Stow Away Storage Return Policy

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with our storage and moving boxes or supplies, you can return them within 14 days of your delivery arrival date for a full and complete refund minus shipping charges.

• No partial returns are accepted.
• Items must be in their original packaging.
• You will need to arrange, and pay for, return shipping, or drop it off at our office.
• Your account will be credited once the goods are received.

Cancellations

In the event you need to cancel your order, you must notify us by 3pm local time of item(s) destination, Monday through Friday or the following business day if order is placed on a weekend. Once order has shipped it cannot be cancelled and the item will have to be returned as per Stow Away Storage return policy.
