Lost Delivery

If your order is considered "lost" or delivered to the wrong location without correction, your payment method will be credited the full order amount, including all shipping charges. Please check PayPal, Google Checkout, or any other 3rd parties shipping address prior to using either method for checkout. Orders delivered to the wrong address due to improper "Ship to" address import from PayPal, Google Checkout, or any other 3rd party are not considered "lost" and will not be entitled to refunds.

Incorrect Address

Orders delivered to the wrong address due to improper "Ship to" address import from PayPal, Google Checkout, any other 3rd party, or error on the part of the customer are not considered "lost" and will not be entitled to refunds. We will make all efforts to retrieve item(s). Item(s) received at our warehouse are subject to a refund less a 15% restocking fee and all carrier charges which may include, but are not limited to shipping fee(s), address correction fee(s) and re-route fee(s).

Delivery Refusal

If you refuse delivery of an order arriving within five (5) days of your expected delivery date (unless otherwise noted above) your payment method will be credited once the packages are returned less applicable delivery charges to and from your destination which may include but are not limited to shipping fees(s), address correction fee(s) and re-route fee(s). Please note refused orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Such fees will be deducted from your purchase prior to credit to your payment method.

Delivery Rerouting

We are not able to reroute shipments at this time.
